On site registration is possible during the conference. The registration fee can be paid only in cash. (Bankomats are directly outside the WTC building.) |
Payment:
For Dutch participants we only offer the possibility to pay by eenmalige machtiging (one-off authorization).
If you are a participant from abroad you only have the possibility to pay by creditcard.
Registration fee includes:
- Participation in the conference
- Welcome reception at City Hall Rotterdam
- Social program on Thursday
- Conference bag
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches
- The conference proceedings and abstract book
- Optional: Participation in the conference dinner on Friday evening
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is only accepted by e-mail to jvd-organizing@icampam.org and after confirmation from the organizing committee of Icampam 2008.
